SHIPPING

• Based In California, USA.
• Please check if USPS can ship to your country as of 2023! If they can't, i won't be able to ship your order. You can check the list here
• I sell internationally only to those that USPS can deliver to and those who's countries accept Stripe or PayPal payment.
• I can only ship flat mail (stickers, sheets, memos, packs, prints, and washi samples) to the UK/EU. I can not ship thick/non-flat packages there.
• Processing time will be 5-7 business days and is separate from shipping times. Some items will be made-to-order, and therefore may take longer to process.
• Shipping time is 1-3 business days.
• Standard shipping comes in a flat envelope with a stamp.
• Tracked shipping will come in a bubble mailer or box (if necessary) and a shipping label, it will be more expensive than standard shipping.
• Washi tapes, tote bags, pins, shirts, keychains, and accessories all require a shipping label as they are not flat items, so shipping for these will be more expensive than stickers

The address section during checkout is catered toward USA addresses, i cannot change that unfortunately :( If you are from an international country, it would be incredibly helpful if you contact me via email telling me how to write and format your address correctly, so I can ship it to the correct address!

*Since Covid and the pandemic is still ongoing, shipping time will be delayed by a couple weeks to months for certain areas, so your patience is very much appreciated <3

Refunds

Please respect that once you have paid and I have processed and shipped out your order, I can not refund you.

If you are unhappy with your purchase before I have shipped it out (e.g. Youd like to cancel your order, you want to take out an item, etc) please contact me at [email protected], or my Instagram DM page @jingle._.jam.

For orders that have chosen the incorrect shipping option, i will have to refund/cancel that order. Since my shop does not have an actual cancel option, it will be refunded and then marked as shipped to complete the order, but nothing will actually be shipped. You are free to reorder with the correct shipping option afterward!

Other

If possible, please use Stripe for checkout! They take less transaction fees than PayPal, so more of your order money goes directly to supporting me and my shop <3
